COVID-19 Policy

This COVID Policy is subject to change based on guidelines from the King County Health Department and the State of Washington. COVID Policy changes will not change the FatCon Refund Policy.

COVID VACCINATION REQUIREMENTS

Attendees at FatCon must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19. FatCon is defining ‘fully vaccinated’ as:

• 1 Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine shot and at least 1 booster shot

• 2 Moderna COVID-19 vaccine shots and at least 1 booster shot

• 2 Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine shots and at least 1 booster shot

Attendees who arrive at FatCon without proof of COVID vaccination will not be allowed entry and their registration fee will not be refunded. Sufficient proof of vaccinated status is a state/federally issued vaccine card, a legible photograph of a vaccine card, or a digital vaccine record.

MASKS

FatCon strongly encourages wearing N-95, KN-95, or surgical masks during FatCon.

TEMPERATURE CHECKS & TESTING

FatCon will require daily temperature checks. People with a temperature of 100.4 degrees or higher (as defined by the CDC) will be denied entry and will receive a refund for the day(s) they are unable to attend. Daily testing for COVID-19 is optional. FatCon will supply COVID-19 tests for those who wish to use them onsite.
